This car is not a Lotus Elan or a Mazda Miata it is a 1983 - 1993 Vegantune Evante 140TC. There around 106 cars build. They were powered by a 1699 cc 4 cylinder engine. 

I forgot to mention that tis quiz car was found bey Matt Bacon, thanks Matt.
