Today's dumb "tech" question

I've come up with an image I'd like to have made via Photoshop, but lacking any ability to use that setup, I'd have to farm the work out.  Is there a reliable pay-for-product site you can recommend?

With AI being the latest buzz, I have seen some AI generated images which weren't half bad (and plenty of not so good ones). I haven't looked into this, but you should be able to locate some AI instance where you can describe  (or show similar) image you want to generate, and let it go at it.

I have downloaded my images onto a Flash drive and took it to the UPS store and they made me copies.

Let me clarify.  I have two separate images I want to merge into one via something like Photoshop, AI, etc.  I don't know anything about Photoshop and I wouldn't have the first clue as to accessing AI.

I appreciate your willingness to help but I'm going to try doing the AI thing myself.
