Duddly01 Posted September 10, 2024 Posted September 10, 2024 (edited) Just finished my latest build of a 1969 Cougar Eliminator in Code 6 Bright Blue. Scratch build engine compartment, kit didn't really have one. Also my standard full LED lighting setup with flip up headlight covers. The reason the car is called SuzieQ is my wife of 40 years, and I am picking on her because she is 1 1/2 years older than me...a cougar. STU111 Posted September 11, 2024 Posted September 11, 2024 Awesome! I always look forward to your builds here with the signature LED lights. The headlight doors on this one would have put an extra layer of complexity to it I’m sure. I can see why your family won’t let you build one without the lights now. ?? 1

Duddly01 Posted September 12, 2024 Author Posted September 12, 2024 Well, being as OCD as I am I really couldn’t stand the front bumper. It got handled way too much getting the headlight doors to work and too many blemishes. So today I sanded it down, masked it and airbrushed the bumper with molotow. I will clear in a couple days once it has had time to cure and hope that no paint leaked through I can’t easily handle. I will post newer images once done. 1
