Changing thread title!

I've seen others having changed the name of their threads but I haven't found Out how to do that!

Is it an admin issue or can I do it myself?

if you click on the 3 dots in the top right of the text box it should give you options to edit. do this on the first post and you should be able to edit the title. i think there is a limit on how long you have to do this. I'm not sure how long the time limit on editting is so if it doesn't work we can still do it for you

It's not so important. I wanted to change the thread Name from "Pete Conventional un-campered" to Pete 359 tanker with trailer "!

Jürgen,

the ability to edit your own post using the "..." (three dot) menu is time limited. After several days you can no longer edit your posts.  Some time ago the time limit was something like 3 days but I think it was extended.  If it is a very old thread you would have to ask admins to change it.

Looks like you were able to change the title (subject line).  If you didn't see it at first, you might have to do a full reload of the web page.

There is a time limit for editing posts. This is an unfortunately-necessary, anti-spam measure. 

If you can't change the title by hovering over it and pressing the mouse button for a few seconds, report the thread and ask the mods to change the title.
