Atlantis King Chopper

So after taking the summer off to enjoy the weather, this is my first build of the winter. I picked this up from hobbylinc a couple months ago. I remember building this as a kid in the 70's, so it brought back alot of memories. I really liked this kit, only 2 things I changed was the red tubing and I reversed the spike on the tail, I just couldn't imagine having a sharp spike above my head on a hardtail and I think it looks better.

That's a sharp looking model! I've built a few models again as an adult that I built as a kid and it's fun how the memories come back to you. I agree with your change of the spike.

Cool throw-back build. Nice work on this oldie. And I applaud reversing the direction of the spear, as having that vulture perched directly overhead could at times be unpleasant.
