Beautiful realistic looking finishes.

The wheels in the kit are meant to be the Rally wheels with trim rings. The wheel weights would be behind the trim rings instead of on them. Thanks for the heads up,i used superglue to hold them,so i can't fix it,but i'll remember it for future Mopar builds. 14 hours ago, Lowridingmike said: Clean work! Appreciate it!,thank you!.

Nope. Making my own Its a Kit I body I cut the roof off of. Used the MPC 1968 Body as a guide . Molded sunvisors are from Revell Dart kit. 1968 kit on right my 1970 on left Got the resin RT stuff from harts parts ....I think. It's been a while so not 100% sure Edited February 13 by gtx6970 2

I wish someone would design and or print a correct interior tub for this kit. 1
kelson Posted March 25 Author Posted March 25 Okay back on the bench: i grinded out the headlights before any painting was done and replaced the lenses with extra 69'Camaro's When it came time to join everything together the trouble started there was warpage i never saw i pretty much took it all apart and with multiple runs under hot water i just couldn't fix it. Aircleaner decal is from Rays kits, still have some touch up work to do,door handles are from Fireball and the trunk and door locks are P/E pieces. That's it for now,i'm a little disappointed in the look so far, hopefully better results on the next build. 3
Moparman18064 Posted March 25 Posted March 25 Warps aside, it looks great! Your applications of paint, details far outweigh AMT’s quality control. I would certainly display it! Well done, indeed! 1
