Thanks to Steve-O I have the grille completed. He designed and printed the custom bar inserts with the "GMC" in the center one. Even made the ends of the bars rounded just as I had pictured it. I was a bit surprised when he suggested it as it was exactly what I had in mind.

I'm now working on the scratch made gas struts that will hold the bed floor up when it's open and doing underhood detail. Barring any accidents, it will be finished soon.

Not gonna get this one completely finished this weekend but almost , , 

Bed's on and have the floor assembled. Struts are made from aluminum tube and brass rod and function just as planned. 

Still a few things to attack. I'm casting some new bumpers so I'll have a bunch extras for other projects. Gotta finish the exhaust, but the mirrors on, battery in etc.

Just finished the last details. I'll shoot some pics and post them up tomorrow in the "under Glass" section.. 

 I'd also like to thank everyone for all the kind comments on it along the way, I really appreciate that.
