I grew up going to the So Cal drag strips in the 60's & 70's. The Pisano Bros were always a favorite of mine starting with their 68 Corvair funny. I got to examine close up in the pits all their early race cars. They always had a class act. This was the Green Elephant kit. Parts of the kit went together nicely but others, such as the roll cage didn't line up so well. I also had issues with the hose tubing. Would love to make this kit with a Camaro body.

Not surprised there were build problems with the kit but you'd never know by looking at your pictures. Looks great!

Beautiful car Scott.  The '71-3 Vega's have always been one of my favorite '70's Funny's.  I have several 1/25, but never did one of the big-ons.
