rrb124@sbcglobal.net Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Issue 226 hit my snail mail box this morning in Little Rock, Arkansas. Tearing into it now! 1

But, I think we're in trouble when Canada Post is beating out the USPS for deliveries. Heck, guys in Europe got theirs before I got mine! A while back I was trying to track my grandson’s birthday gift. Our local postmaster did some research and found that the package was hung up in Memphis. All of that to say that he told me that the Memphis, Little Rock and a couple of other areas are a mess as far as the mail moving through. I’m a huge supporter of the USPS, but something has to give. Stepping down from my soapbox now.

My canary issue hasn't arrived yet and it's usually here within 2 weeks of mail-out. As an aside, I'm having a lot more delivery problems than usual from the USPS, so something systemic is going on. We're trying to ascertain what. The Postmaster General recently resigned, effective immediately and I suspect they're related. 1000% agree, I have had ebay stuff getting hung up for a week or 2 extra.

53_Sedandelivery Posted April 8 Posted April 8 (edited) Glad to receive my digital issue! Lots of good stuff in there, and as a sedan delivery nut, the Galaxy kit article was awesome. ONE big question...how do I print/save a digital copy of this issue? I no longer have room for paper copies of magazines. I used to subscribe to Rail Model Craftsman, who never allowed digital downloads of the same magazines that you could keep in hard copy. When they were purchased by White River Publishing, they said I could print it out, which turned out still couldn't be done. I read part of one issue, and never read another one for the whole year of my subscription (I never went back). That really tee'd me off about their pettiness. Hopefully that isn't the case here. It is much easier for me to put my research on a screen while building my models than to use a hard copy that may get damaged. Edited April 8 by 53_Sedandelivery

lucky 130 Posted April 17 Posted April 17 Waiting with baited breath. No sign here in Knoxville, Tn. Other issues were alright, passingly interesting, and I guess just absolutely the most fun reads I've had in years. I'm beginning to jones, JUST A LITTLE MORE THAN A WHOLE LOT. Just kidding, thanks for all you guys do.
