Would anyone know which kit to find these 1/25 tires?  One side narrow, the other wide.  Likely a new kit by their condition.

Thanks!

Gotta be Round 2, most likely a Fifties car.  I'll guess '57 Ford, but I won't be able to check for a few hours.

The original AMT company did print both sides on rare occasions, but always narrow stripes.  I have had a set or two with narrow white stripes on both sides.  Most often they were red on one side, white or blue stripe on the other side.  But the one pictured is definitely more recent.

Those sure look like the AMT Firestone Supreme molds. As Mark said, probably from Round 2.

I haven't seen them printed with narrow AND wide whites on the same donut, but then again I haven't bought a recent R2 release of anything that would have those tires.

The AMT '60 Chevy pickup [with the go-cart] tires have a narrow white stripe on one side and a wide on the other but it's a different tire casting.

Modelhaustires may have those.

They do: The wide whitewall tire is named "196" and the narrow Whitewall is named "197".

These Firestone Supreme tires appeared in AMT-kits in the early/mid sixties, and have been issued with various pad-printed whitewall options since Round2 took over. The whitewall style (wide/narrow) differs, but sources include Round2-reissues of AMT's 1955 Chevrolet Cameo, 1960 Ford Starliner 2'n 1 (not the current custom-only issue), 1962 Buick Electra, 1965 Ford Galaxie XL, and 1966 Ford Galaxie XL.

Those aren't old tires.  They are from a pre-Round 2 tooling that has probably worn out, as R2 has retooled that tire which looks a little bit different now.

AMT introduced that tire with the '64 annual kits, and used them into the Seventies.  Early ones didn't have wide whitewalls as auto manufacturers phased those out prior to then.  AMT (the original company) never made those with wide whitewalls.

Thanks for all the replies....  I was only curious as to which kit I may have used them from.  They are pretty versatile with both sized whitewalls though.  I knew they were AMT, and they had to be relatively new.  Lately I've been doing more late 60's or early to mid 70's printed stuff and can use differing styles of tires that were used in that time period.  I know that the Supremes faded out at some point but I still like them as some of the better detailed kit tires. Often it seems the tires and wheels included in these printed kits are off quite a bit for 1/25, more like 1/24 or even a bit larger.
