Looking for info on which, if any, 1/25 Cadillac kits came with decals that could be used on stock builds.  Like small emblems, dash stuff, scripting, etc.

Thanks!

I'd already checked both of these sites before posting but only MCG had anything Cadillac.  The 59 set is a possibility but still hoping to find decals if they're around too.

Thanks

What you're referring to could change (I'm guessing) over time other than basic emblems.  Any year range you're focusing on?

Mid fifties to maybe 1970?  I have a few printed kits that unfortunately lack any kind of markings, emblems or scripting.

With the very few Cadillac's my stash I can confirm that most have little to no decals for crests or interior details.  Even the Revell 59 (original issue) I have does not.  Nor the IMEX 58, Johan 70 Eldo.  Only the Revell Escalade has some crest decals as well as dash details.  Its possible some have gotten lost over time, but instruction sheets were not showing any mounting steps.

Best model car parts have some limited Cadillac dash details.  But that is all I am aware.

What I was thinking. I'm waiting on some custom made Cadillac decals for a couple of builds but figured I'd ask here just in case about what else might be out there.  Thanks

If Keith Marks Decals is still operating, he would have something.

Nope, he never did any.

I would just make them yourself. Water slide decal paper is cheap. There is a ton of artwork and photos all over the internet. An online catalog that sells 1:1 Cadillac emblems would be best. The tricky part is color. Silver or chrome are not available for us inkjeters but you could experiment with decaling black (or body color) over BMF and applying the decal on that. It is best to start with the largest high res file you can find then reducing PRINT size (not file size) to keep the resolution crisp.

i would not hesitate to use one on the hood And one on the trunk.  maybe even cut off the mounting pin, sand one side flat, and add one for each of the doors, too.

if you're gonna represent, may as well make it a 360 degree experience.
