Completed the Landy Dodge. In my opinion, the Dodge kit is a tad more finicky in final assembly than the Plymouths are. A few wires under the hood, annd a chute from my parts bin, and decals from Slixx, and I added an 3-D printed grill I bought off eBay.

BITCHEN' Dodge, Tom. Dick Landy's AWB Coronet is one of my favorite historical Drag Race cars. Did you also add a Torqueflite to this build to go along with the tall injector stacks?

I need one of these on the shelf for sure. Your build is excellent brother.

Time to start rounding up parts.

Beautiful beautiful job Tom. Are the black panels on the hood and trunk part decals or did you paint them? What part of the final assembly did you find finicky? Getting the chassis-interior-body to fully seat?

Thanks again guys. I masked and painted the stripes, and I brushed Vallejo Air on the rear trunk that surrounds the decal.

Yes, getting the body and interior to seat. The two Plymouths I built just seemed to go together easier on final assembly. I don’t know if it’s the tabs on the side windows, or I wasn’t doing something right, but I had to reach into to car through the front windshield and pry the door panels with an exacto knife, to get the tabs in. No big deal though. Still a fun build regardless.
