69NovaYenko Posted Friday at 08:20 AM Posted Friday at 08:20 AM Of the two `69 Mustangs from Revell does anyone have any insights on which builds up into the most accurate replica. Whats are the differences between the 2 kits. All advise is welcome. Thanks in advance.
Chris V Posted Friday at 09:54 AM Posted Friday at 09:54 AM They're exactly the same kit. However, in recent years the Revell AG kits (European issues) have had expanded decal sheets in a better quality than the US-versions. 4
Jim B Posted Friday at 12:50 PM Posted Friday at 12:50 PM I've also found that Revell AG kits generally have better instructions, too.

FoMoCo66 Posted Monday at 02:48 AM Posted Monday at 02:48 AM Does this kit still have the droopy front end on it?
Bainford Posted Monday at 04:05 AM Posted Monday at 04:05 AM (edited) 1 hour ago, FoMoCo66 said: Does this kit still have the droopy front end on it? No, Revell corrected it for the Boss 302 release. It's still not 100%, but it is very much better than it was originally. If you wish to build a non-Boss '69 Mustang, you will still need the old (un-fixed) '69 Mach 1 kit, and put the Boss 302 front end on it. The Boss doesn't have the scoops behind the doors that other Mustang Sportsroofs had. Hopefully we will see a Mach 1 released someday with the corrected front end.
