I know some people have looked for pinstriping options.  Try model RR pinstripes. HO scale striping is 1/64th inch and comes in many colors. Other scales are wider. and some combinations are available such as the red-white blue of AMTRAK. And there are some small flame decals for HO scale big rigs too.

In the UK a company named Kit Form Services has some very nice pinstripe decals. Besides the lines each sheet has L shaped corner pieces in different sizes and various corner radii.

Like Harry said above, railroad decals. Specifically Microscale.

A few years ago I bought a few sheets of thier 1 &2 inch stripes in HO scale.

They're pretty thin in scale. Probably should have got some wider ones , these are really too thin for the grid work on these tail lights.

Wait a minute. You applied pinstripes to the taillights? That's a testament to great eyesight, a steady hand, and tons of patience. Outstanding.
