johnyrotten Posted September 15 Posted September 15 Found this article on lunch, I've included the pictures and a link to the article. Not a ton of information, I'd like to see the rest of those drawings. https://www.autoblog.com/news/mystery-surrounds-piece-of-gm-design-history-found-in-ny-barn 3 1
Ace-Garageguy Posted September 15 Posted September 15 Wow. Cool. Full envelope bodies and deco/dieselpunk trim styling. Love that second vacuum-cleaner grille. Yeah, I'd like to see more too. 1
Calb56 Posted September 15 Posted September 15 Reminds me of a show I went to (a long time ago, I see now) https://portlandartmuseum.org/event/the-shape-of-speed/ The Thirties introduced this type of styling... https://www.abebooks.com/Shape-Speed-Streamlined-Automobiles-Motorcycles-1930-1942/30994676806/bd Love it ever since I first saw Cords as a kid. 2 1
Bugatti Fan Posted Sunday at 06:45 AM Posted Sunday at 06:45 AM You have to admire those conceptual artists from back in the day. Their artwork is becoming very collectable. 1
Kanada Kustoms Posted Sunday at 10:00 AM Posted Sunday at 10:00 AM I haven't seen those before... Great stuff! Thanks for posting! 1

No problem guys, I figured they may stir up some ideas for a few people. Sometimes the concept drawing looks better than the actual vehicle.
Big John Posted Sunday at 06:35 PM Posted Sunday at 06:35 PM The second one has quite a "Jet Age" look for being years before jets were out there! Second one does show signs of the hood design of the future Chevys (bonnet for you trans Atlantic boys).
