Frame ID

Can anyone identify this frame?  It was in a bunch of parts I got. No other parts seem to fit it.

i believe it's a 1:25 scale Whey-Towoutski.

only made for a few years, so to find one in that good of condition is a real treasure.

Looks like the chassis from one of the MPC early modified kits ('34 Ford, '36 Chevy, Pinto, Vega).  Basic frame is a '55-'57 Chevy unit as was used by many racers in the Sixties and Seventies.

Mark is correct, I have several of those kits
