raisin27 Posted October 28 Posted October 28 (edited) Recently picked up a JoHan Rambler rebuilder. Decided to make a pro street out of it. I've already done a Ford, Chevy, and Mopar so this should complete my American Muscle theme builds. So far I back halved the chassis with AMT Nova tubs, Cut out the back seat, filled in the holes and smoothed out the engine bay for future details and mocked up the trunk. Haven't decided on any colors yet. Edited October 28 by raisin27 8 1
johnyrotten Posted October 28 Posted October 28 I remember building the same thing as a kid, every build was tub it out and drop a hemi in it. Your build is looking awesome so farππ
Zippi Posted October 28 Posted October 28 That's looking pretty kewl there Mike.Β Pro Street brings any body style to life.Β Β
raisin27 Posted November 7 Author Posted November 7 Made some progress on my Pro Street Rambler. Set the stance where I want it, got the trunk ready for the fuel cell and batteries, made a roll bar, and got the paint stripped off the body. After trying to decide should I put a Hemi in it or maybe a big block Ford or Chevy I finally decided why not an AMC! 6
Kanada Kustoms Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Coming along nicely... Engine is a great choice and looks awesome!
Moparman18064 Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Cool! Looks great so far. Engine and trunk look great
johnyrotten Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Looking awesome, cool that you went with the AMC power. At car shows I find my self mildly suprised when I see a "ford in a ford" ect.ect. Keep up the great work π.
