TopherMcGinnis Posted Tuesday at 01:44 AM Posted Tuesday at 01:44 AM I received this guy today. My pops had one before he went into the Army in '66. 289 4 speed car, black with red interior and chrome reverse wheels. I don't know that I want to replicate that or not.....I'll have to confer with my head Squirrel about color choices.. 5
johnyrotten Posted Tuesday at 09:18 AM Posted Tuesday at 09:18 AM Whatever way you choose, it's gonna be good👍👍. 1
Zippi Posted Tuesday at 11:05 AM Posted Tuesday at 11:05 AM Just a Super kewl looking kit Topher. When I saw this one coming out I knew I wanted one. It'll have to be after we get finished moving. Just to much going on. 1
Glassparman Posted Tuesday at 11:29 AM Posted Tuesday at 11:29 AM Wow! I love this model! I guess I had not been paying much attention to Moebius releases other than the tow truck. I say build it like you remember your fathers car.
rickcaps55 Posted Tuesday at 01:42 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:42 PM This is a great kit i have been wanting a full detail kit on this car for a long time i have opened the hood on the AMT kits but this has the right layout i got one of each of the new kits this one does not have a full interior the one with the red box does if you're looking to do a stock version.
espo Posted Tuesday at 05:53 PM Posted Tuesday at 05:53 PM I'll be watching your build. I have been running around to the few Hobby Shops in the area, and no one seems to have this kit yet.
Custom Mike Posted yesterday at 12:24 AM Posted yesterday at 12:24 AM Have you noticed the Comet script on the passenger side quarter panel yet? It's friggin' backwards! But the gorgeous chassis makes up for that screw-up. 1
TopherMcGinnis Posted yesterday at 01:41 AM Author Posted yesterday at 01:41 AM No. That will not do though. 1
Custom Mike Posted yesterday at 01:45 AM Posted yesterday at 01:45 AM The scripts are already faint, I'm just going to sand mine off. Kind of wild they missed it, I spotted it almost immediately.
