junkyardjeff Posted October 31 Posted October 31 Kind of a quickie build while waiting for paint and glue to dry on others. Looking at it after it was put together I noticed I forgot to put the shifter in it but it's not coming apart to do that. 14
mcs1056 Posted October 31 Posted October 31 (edited) As a Ford guy, I really like the '65 Riviera, and I do like your kit build. Ian Rousell built one for his prime customer, with lots of neat mods. Check out the video... Can Victor REALLY Build A 1965 Buick Riviera? Edited October 31 by mcs1056
dphipps Posted October 31 Posted October 31 Looks sharp! A guy a few blocks from my house has one just like this, even with the slotted wheels and "rubber rake"
johnyrotten Posted October 31 Posted October 31 Nice work on the Buick. The day2 wheel choice looks great 👍. I seem to forget inside rear view mirrors, snaking them into place afterwards is nerve wracking.
rrb124@sbcglobal.net Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Seeing the twin snorkel air cleaner and thinking that its the 360HP dual quad engine. Great!
XYHARRY Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Nice Riviera but more interesting is the factory stock 41 Willys in the background, a rare sight for that particular model. Well done Jeff
espo Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Beautiful looking paint finish and color. Clean body trim detailing. Maybe a long pair of tweezers could help on the shifter.

Well done Jeff The stockish looking Willys is a Revell street rod built one I got minus the suspension and wanted something different. 1
