Came across this online recently; the color schemes didn’t age very gracefully, but they still caught my eye…were any of these available or reissued in more conventional form?

I am positive that they're all MPC tools. I've built the '34. It was the first thing I built, in 1982, after a short (4-5 year) hiatus from building. It reaffirmed my passion for this stuff! The 935 Porsche could serve a a basis for a decent model with some (quite a bit) work. However, the Matchbox 1/32 935 is a gem!  MPC also did an IMSA Mustang, like the 1/24 Monogram kits that could provide a nice start for something better!

That’s a great lead…thank you! At least 3/4 of them are something I’d like a shot at building!

Sorry! I've always liked 1/32 scale stuff, although I don't have a ton of them. I really like the Matchbox kits. They're absolutely gorgeous. I have several of those, currently. I can't speak to their buildability, but the kits are beautiful. Also, Monogram had some old stuff that included a Willys Gasser, and a '34 Ford Altered. It's an interesting world!

Some f those 1/32 MPC snap kits go way back. Here's a couple pages from the '78 catalogue,, The ones on the bottom page were released earlier. They're in the '77 catalogue also.

MPC 78 (16)-960

MPC 78 (17)-960

, , , and a few pages from the '82 catalogue,,

MPC82 (13)-960

MPC82 (14)-960

MPC82 (15)-960

MPC82 (16)-960

and a couple more from '84. I don't remember ever seeing the 4 door Monaco police car on the shelves, possibly a "phantom kit"

Neat..I don't think I have any AMT or MPC 1/32nd snap kits, but I built a bunch of Revell, Monogram and Lindberg ones as a kid in the late 70s-early 80s.
