I filled the back window and touched up a couple pin holes, some adjustments to the rear spoiler and opening for the supercharger.

Nice work on the body, you can barely tell, I would have sworn thats the original length of the car. Also, what kit was molded in purple that you got that blower out of?

Thanks Elliott ! The purple parts are from the old Monogram K.C.Spurlock funny car kit. I stripped the chrome off it?

Ah okay! I once stripped the chrome off a blower from the parts box and it was army green.

Quick mock up, I know! I ran the primer, but in my defense it was in the 40s when I shot it.

Hi Roger, great to see another project from you.  Looks awesome already!  Either car you do will be cool.  I know what you mean about not having much build time, I have barely done anything on my bench (except pile stuff on it!) in the last month.  I have a gasser that needs to be finished, then I have a lot of builds on my list that I want to do.  Might have to pick your brain on a couple of them (hint.....70's pro stocks).   Look forward to watching this build come along!

So I’ve looked at this thing for hours, the front end doesn’t look right. Then it struck me the spoiler is all wrong. Looking at photos of the real cars the spoiler is very small. So I cut it off .

Good thinking Roger! It does look much more like the real deal now.
