Pat Cardz Posted August 23, 2009 Author Share Posted August 23, 2009 Thanks guys!! Molded in detail was removed from the grill area and P/E grill is painted and is ready to be assembled. The center bar needed to be sanded down quite a bit more than the top and bottom because the grill bulges out in the middle. the Z-16 rear fascia was dechromed, painted black and BMF'd. I can't tell you how many tries it took to get those strips of BMF to look acceptable. I ended up taping two blades together to get a straight, crisp, and uniform strips.
