Car Crazy 81
This build has been built 4 different ways so i came up with the idea building this one as a S/S car just like Dick Landy's 68 Charger. The body is a Revell 68 Charger and the rest is a Revell 69 Charger since i'd used the 69 body on the "Bullitt" project that im slowly working on. I painted the body the other day i was just sick of it being in gray primer its now painted with Dupli-Color Storm Gray which looks pretty cool. I even did the factory overspray on the frame im not sure if these S/S cars had that. What ya'll think. BigGary
You've got all the parts in the '68 Charger kit to do a late 60s S/S Charger. With a Hemi it would be SS/B and witha 440, SS/C, assuming you're using the 4 speed. The hood is correct for a Dick Landy built car. Good Luck, Ricky Assuming of course that you're actually going to finish it, as some of your detractors have noted. Gary
BigGary
I really like the decals in the kit, and they look nice w/ the dark grey paint. Finish it! Is Storm Gray a metallic? It kind of looks like it is. Hang in there Ricky and finish this one in record time! Gary
