george 53 Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Guys, just got an E-Mail this morn from someone named James Burling. Looks like he puts out a newsletter of some sort on model cars. ANYONE ever heard or know anything about him/this? I haven't deleted it, but I'm not sure on if it's legit or wat. If one of you guys could give me a little background on it/him I'd GREATLY appericiate it, caz I'm ALWAYS open to new model stuff, just DON'T wanna get scammed or played. Can anyone help? If not then it goes in the JUNK/DELETE file!
RJWood Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Hi George, I got one of them e-mail notices in my inbox too. its for the forum site automodeling.com Go ahead and open it, its on the up and up, no viruses or scamming involved. its a safe e-mail. James wants people to come on over and post pics and join in on the discussions about our favorite hobby. Ron
elan Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 I tried "automodeling.com" and got nothing? Maybe the site isn't up and running yet?

Jody, Try this link, I think I had the wrong spelling on my reply to George. http://www.automodelling.com/ It has 2 L's in the address. Edited October 13, 2009 by RJWood

crazyjim Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 I'm not impressed. I like the MCM Forum much better.
elan Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 (edited) It's a nice site, but I'm a member of 4 or 5 forums now and there is only so much tread on a tire. Edited October 14, 2009 by elan
