Modlbldr Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 David- Another beautiful paint job and what an unusual subject for a lowrider. I love it. Later-
FORDSVTPARTS Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Nice work, I can't imagine the effort you put into the paintwork. I hate to be fussy but the Buick motors had the distributor mounted in the front of the engine.
Rider Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Very nice work on the paint, pretty wild stuff. Great under hood detail also. Bravo.
Lownslow Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 Nice work, I can't imagine the effort you put into the paintwork. I hate to be fussy but the Buick motors had the distributor mounted in the front of the engine. thanks for the heads up
dimaxion Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 thanks for the heads up The newer engines from the '60's had the front mount distributer . The thin walled new design around the mid decade . All the previous had the rear location . This model has an extreme paint job and wow factor . Well done . Keep them coming . Thanx ..
gilsdropshop1 Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 another clean ride Minidreams love the paint and engine setup great job homie.

Yup, all the Nailheads had rear mounted distibutors but all the V8's starting in 1967 were the wedgehead design and had a front mounted distributor. I believe the aluminum 215 also had a front mounted distributor prior to 1967.
