Rider Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 And just so you don't feel out of place I thought I'd add some comments totally unrelated to this thread topic. I'm hard pressed to say what kit or kits could be considered kit of the preverbal decade. Now you die hard calendar counters debaters can continue with your own thread.
CAL Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 Plasti, duhhhhh, on January 1st??????? That is a good answer since January has always been there and first since it's inception.

Dunno about our calendar, but I was born on July 12, 1944, and on July 12, 1954, I was officially 10yrs old, and July 12 this year, I officially turned 65. Art
beefheart22 Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 The media, which is always misinformed, considers a decade where all the short-format years start with the same digit. 90's: '90-'99. 2000's: '00-'09. The media doesn't give a fart about technical details, they tell you what to think and by George (not you, George53, unless you want), you think what they say or they'll find you and make you watch all seasons of The Simple Life until you admit the decade is '00-'09! Maybe we could have asked: "Best kit of the 2000s..." that would have satisfied even the biggest of intellectual misfits!
Zoom Zoom Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 Maybe we could have asked: "Best kit of the 2000s..." that would have satisfied even the biggest of intellectual misfits! Or...maybe not
Jeff Sauber Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 While we're at it, maybe we could also ask which bible people here prefer...........The old testament, king James, book of Mormon...... Then we could move on to which mortgage companies offer the best rates.... Let's get it all out of your systems in one super, duper, thread!!
Jon Cole Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 My calendar starts with "Miss January"!!!!!!!!!!
Rider Posted November 24, 2009 Author Posted November 24, 2009 Pre-verbal? You mean UGHH! Grunt! etc. ? I am verbal so I can't participate in your discussion. Sorry. Pre-verbal; Doh! good catch. @ Spyder, nice one. @J.Sauber, sounds good to me, although I don't really have much to say on many subjects outside my own interests. At least not ones that wouldn't offend 90% of the users on here.
Rider Posted November 25, 2009 Author Posted November 25, 2009 My calendar starts when I flip open the "friggin" cover and ends on the last day of the year when I throw it in the "friggin" garbage can. P.S. I can't believe I got sucked into this useless topic. If you were trying to make a point, you did a fine job. caching!
Modelmartin Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 So what do y'all think of Jimmy Johnson winning #4 Championship in a row? I was rooting for Mark Martin. I can't believe that he has been Second in the championship seven times now! Holy cr@p.
