Lyle Willits Posted December 28, 2009 Posted December 28, 2009 I've been off for 5 days for Christmas, so I was able to finish this one. Revell '36 Ford reissue. Kind of a crappy kit, but the tooling is almost 50 years old. It's easier to build and detail it as a roadster, in my opinion. Testors Purplicious paint, lots of polished out clear. Not great flathead, but with enough detailing, it looks fairly good. Replicas & Miniatures Co. of Md. provided the chopped top. Photoetched '38 LaSalle grille and resin surround from Model Car Garage. Wheel covers are '61 Impala with a center bullet. Made the skirts and chromed spears. Molded in rear fenders with DUDEK tailights frenched in. Interior is painted white and Polly Scale "German Mauve". And now,,,,,,,,,on to 2010.
