Thanks again guys. Been Picking out which decals I am going to put on tomorrow after I get home from work. Don't want to over do it with decals but rather keep it simple. I should have pics tomorrow night hopefully :D

I really like how this is turning out Chris. The decals are just right. One thing though: How about the competition number and class marking? Might go well on the tunnel ram scoop sides? Just a thought. Can't wait to see this at the DSC!

Thanks Bradley..... I was trying to go simple and clean for this build

Aaron....thanks on the compliments. you know I kept thinking about doing the number decal, just wasn't sure where I should put it. you may have a good idea about putting it on the side of the scoop. one other thought was making a small flag so to speak that the numbers mount to in which mounts to the top of scoop?? so it would be standing vertical on top. Hope I described it enough for you to visualize. Look forward to meeting you at the DSC.

A lot of guys with altereds will put the numbers on the wing(if you plan on putting one on) or as Whale said on the side of the scoop. Ive also seen little brackets on the back of the roll cage for numbers or a dial in board. This thing is really looking great! i like the decals, very clean and accurate!

Monte.... thanks man. I really like the idea of attaching it to the back of the roll cage. I am going to be looking at maybe making a bracket and attaching it there.

That looks super, Chris, in every sense of the word. Its simplicity, detail, attitude, paint color and application, decals have all been executed flawlessly. It's got the whole nine yards. I don't know how you could make it any nicer!

Scott... thanks man for the kind word. I appreciate it and it means alot. I sometimes go with the less is more. I have seen on many real cars that to be the same. clean and simple is what I was going for with this build. Wish i would of gone with different fuel lines, other than that I am very happy with this build. Its actually nice to have completed this since it was started 14+ years ago been sitting in primer just waiting for the right color and decals...lol

Ben.... Send the truck to come and pick it up, and it could be on your shelf :P;);)

Thanks again guys!

Well I think I have decided that I am going to put the number decal on the side of the scoop. Now I am just trying to think of the number I want to go with. Then I am hoping to clear the model once more to seal the decals in this weekend.

This one looks great! I like the color very much. Paintjob looks also great and those decals are nice too. I like that detailing also, it is simply great! SuperComp altereds are something very rarely seen in smaller scale... Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Niko!! Yeah you don't see many Super Comp cars. On my to do list has been a Super Comp Dragster for years. I have acquired some of the parts but I was planning on scratch building the chassis and doing a detailed build of it. I think it would be fun and different as well.

I will have some pics up soon with the finished Decals. Finally picked out the spot for the class & car number. Thanks with those who helped with the suggestions :)

Well Shoot been having issues with photobucket not uploading my pics. Keep getting a network error. Must be a problem on photobuckets end, they did have it down last night for maintenance for a few.....I blame that B)
