So I got a update on this guys. I got the front tubs made, firewall rebuilt, added more to the rear skin, and I started the door panel design. Just thought I would give you guys a little update.

Jared-

I'm still keeping an eye on this one for ideas for my Bronco. It's looking good. Where did you get the O-rings and do you have a size or part # on them? They are the best looking thing I've seen so far to replicate airbags. Got to find me a few dozen of them.

I really don't know, but give me a few mins to find out and I will let you know, they came in a set of o rings, from big to very small.

I have no clue what size they are, they're in a random case with a bunch of other sizes, sorry.

But anyways, I also found these wheels for the bronco, I like them, but they are a little too big for it to lay frame, but the other wheels didn't before so what ever. All I'm saying is I'm not sure what wheels to go with?

Let me know what you all think.

For what you want this to be, use the first set (torques), as they lay the rockers versus stilting it like the second set does.

Considering that Revell just re-issued this kit at the beginning of this month, I might have to pick one of these up myself.

Jared-

Any progress on this? I just picked up a couple of packs of O rings from Home Depot yesterday. They are #60's (1/4 in. O.D X 1/8 in I.D. X 1/16 in thick). They were $2.27 for a box of 10. I got two boxes. They may be a bit smaller than yours but I wanted them for the front and back of my custom 66 Nova so they have to fit inside the A-arms.

Let's see some updates.

Jared-

Here's the progress on my air bag tonight.

Still have to get it all dialed in for the project (66 Nova -in "On the Workbench" section) and pull it apart and paint it. Pretty easy to build.

Sorry but I haven't done anything to this for a couple months now. Mainly because I just don't have alot of time to build and I am always working on other things.

Don't worry though, eventually it will get done.

Don't know how I missed this one, but looking very good so far. thats one hell of a lot of scratch building youve got in this project!! <_<

Wow… Never seen this tread before. I’m building one similar to this one but it’s going to be curbside… I’m using a junk body I had from the 80’s…
