Wow, you don't see these at all. Nice build!

There was a '79 like this but in silver on one ep. of "The Rockford Files". I will see if I can dig up some pics of it.

Was there ever an actual car or is this a custom job? I have (obviously!) never seen one in the flesh. Cool model.

I bought it without a box but it seems to me that this is a model of Lindberg

Jeeeze Grzegorz, that's a hard enough kit to find here, much less over there!laugh.gif You did a GREAT job on it! I like the colorbiggrin.gif

Thanks did not even know that there is such a model let alone that I can buy it biggrin.gif

Very nice! I have a blue one I built years ago....It was made by Lindberg, and yes the real one actually exists our local Pontiac dealer had one in the show room on display. It was just too cool! ;)

Seems like SA(E) did an article on this kit years ago. Unless my memory is faulty, I believe they said the body was from a snap kit issued by Airfix. I think they used the Monogram '78 T/A for chassis, engine & etc. Let's see if the board's kit historians chime in.

It was Airfix who made this kit and the chassie is like an old Johan kit and in the engine room it s only valvecovers and airclener so i took chassi and front from 78 Monogram t/a so i kan put a engine in to it Pics of it are comming soon .

The great " General " really blundered it when this Kamm back never saw a show past the prototype stage . Volvo showed the world when they did their stunning P- 1800 sport wagen back in the early 70's . Dodge showed the world yet again that Sport wagons really do have a niche in society . meanwile you're model is to me a Winna ! Ed Shaver

I think Airfix did make the TA version as well they made a Camaro one too. I never had the Camaro one though Id imagine its the same basically as the TA other than the nose and tail ends....It was a snap tite kit with no engine.
