Had an AMT '65 Ford Galaxie 500XL, a sheet of Slixx Leopard Flame decals, leftover '65 Dodge Metallic Red paint from Scalefinishes and some fancy wheels&tires laying around...

Here's what happened when I threw them all together:

I like it....Nice clean work!! Very cool.

I've always liked that kit.....I think I still have an unopened copy in my stash somehwere....

Too bad that show is over. You could send pics to the producers to do an episode where Al was having a custom car built for himself, but Peg convinced the builder to add a couple of her design cues to the build. Too funny!! laugh.gif

That really looks good, Curt. Nice touches really bring that '65 out.

My Dad had a metallic green '65 Galaxy and all I remember is how it would tilt about 45 degrees on every corner. :lol:

Nice, clean build. However, the burning leopards might upset peta :lol::lol::lol: . Great job.
