Speedster Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Jordan Products Highway Miniatures 1/87 scale. I built this one for a Braille scale groupe build on Tandks and Things site. I love this little kits. Plus I have a real 1 to 1 '29 to re-restore soon. (also have a 1 to 1 '29 Street Rod too !) Anyways, I ended up using alot of military paint to get the right colors in scale. I only added some brake rods. the cowl does not fit real well after added the glass. I did touch up the tires after the photos were taken.
DanielG Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Great little model! May I ask what the kit is made out of?
Speedster Posted May 2, 2010 Author Posted May 2, 2010 Great little model! May I ask what the kit is made out of? Thanks! It is the Jordan Productions Highway Miniature kit.
MikeeD Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Wow...that's just cool! Man,I don't think they make a magnifying glass big enough for me to make one of those...
charlie8575 Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Great little model! May I ask what the kit is made out of? Jordan models are styrene and are HO scale. I've built a couple for use on my model railroad, and will attest to the detail and accuracy. They're very nice little models. Great job on this one. Charlie Larkin
my80malibu Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Great little model! May I ask what the kit is made out of? I have one of those,It is made of styrene plastic.
FactoryStock54 Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 What a delightful little kit! Kudos on the build. I've done Jordan's '40 Ford Sedan and can attest to the high level of fine detail in this teeny weeny scale. Unfortunately, my Tudor didn't turn out nearly as nice as your Model A!
