Mr.Zombie Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 Here is something that you either like or hate. Was a try to make a Bonnevile car. I dug it for a while, then washed it (the "salt") off. Body is a '32 five window, frame is whatever, interior is scratch wheels are sixties-something Mercury, Tires a 49 Merc up front, and whatever in the back. Engine is from a Pontiac GTO, scratch built headers, intake and carbs, scratch linkage, fuel cap in the roof, chopped, channeled, and so on...
MikeeD Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 That's just way cool....without the salt, that would look like alot of cars I saw on the street back in the day...lol Nice build...I love it!!!
Chuck Most Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 Every square scale inch a stunner, my man! Very nice job on the weathering!
Duntov Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 I like this one quite a bit......why????.....simple........it has "theme".......it could actually "exist".......and you could actually "DRIVE" it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.........oh and one other minor thing......the crafstmanship is flawless........!!!! Thanks for sharing thisone!!!!
carrucha Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Very well done. I like the weathering and details in the interior. Cool stance. Cool hot rod. carrucha

mazlak Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Love the build!!! Where did those tires both front and rear come from? They are great. Rick in Richmond
RodneyBad Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Looks Awesome. What's not to love about it? I love it, Excellent work..
RodBurNeR Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 I like them rear tires, can you tell where they came from?
Mr.Zombie Posted May 25, 2010 Author Posted May 25, 2010 Rear tires: http://www.kitreview.com/reviews/images/famoreviewbg_4.jpg Fit perfect, nice tread, nice size difference to the front tires which are most likley from an AMT 49' Merc... I will show some more stuff in time. Patience.
dimaxion Posted May 27, 2010 Posted May 27, 2010 This build has great detailing . I especially like the floor repair of a License Plate . Nice build . Thanx ..
raymanz Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 (edited) Very nice work form end to end. Dig the interior-very detailed. The visor on the front of the body just throws it into BEAST Good Job-I LIKE it!! :D Edited May 30, 2011 by raymanz
seeker589 Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 First of all - I REALLY like the build! It has great flavor (salty) and personality. Great execution! I do have a question, however. How can the tires and wheels be so clean and the frame and body be so salty? Not a criticism - just a question.
