charlie8575
I think I have one of those downstairs unbuilt. If not, I'll be looking for one. I built one quite young and let's say it didn't work well. What color are you leaning towards, Roger? I always liked Caramel on those cars. Or black....Chryslers always look good in black. Chuck Most
Must be the old Jo-Han kit?

Charlie Larkin In fact, this one was modeled in Caramel. The color I painted it is supposed to represent limelight yellow. The long ram engine is NOT with the Jo-Han kit. Engine is from Ross Gibson. Best research I found on the '62 300H is that, only 4 were produced with the long ram. Someone please correct me if I'm worry.
Bill Coulter
Hi Roger... Actually, 1962 was the only year of the legendary Chrysler letter cars that the cross ram set-up wasn't factory installed. The H's came from the factory with two four barrels in-line. The cross ram that year could be had but it was dealer installed. There was such a fuss about this that Chrysler went back to factory installed cross ram set-ups starting in 1963 on the J model. Nice model.
