BHarrison Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 This is one I have had done for a while. The colors are Toyota Lunar Mist, Phantom Grey and Salmon interior. Pegasus Hella wheels and MV Lenses.
Tonioseven Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 That is BEAUTIFUL!!! I have one put away somewhere and yours makes me want to build it!! Great job on this!!
philo426 Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Very nice! Can you post photos of the engine bay?
george 53 Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 VERY clean, and SMOOTH! I've got the little Buick version of this car, and just seein yours makes me wanna RE do it!!!! GREAT job!!!
Guest Johnny Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Love it in that color! Really clean build! Wish mine looked that good!
codie27 Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 That is beautiful, great work. Love the colours and wheels.
BHarrison Posted September 17, 2010 Author Posted September 17, 2010 Very smooth & clean build! The colors work well, the stance & rims look great on the model & everything is sharp! One thing I have to say though, for some reason even before I opened the thread, I just "knew" somehow that it would have Pegasus rims on it, though I was envisioning Torquethrust "T" rims rather than Hellas. Odd that I "knew" Pegasus rims would be on it! Again though, that is one great looking wagon!! Its hard to find current looking wheels anywhere else. I've been experimenting with machining my own and have just had some custom machined for my next project.
Sully Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Very nice looking wagon. Wheels, paint, everything thing goes together to make one nice package........... Sully
Sixties Sam Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Very nice wagon! The color combo is great for the car. Good work! Sam
brett Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 perfect stance and colors pretty much the whole nine yards. Two thumbs up here
Harry P. Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 The steering wheel looks to be at the same angle as on a bus... Other than that, cool model.
Space Cowboy Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Fantastic build and a flawless paint job. Glad you shared it with us..
dencon Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 That is a really nice model. I have one of those. You really got this kit to look good. Nice Job.
BHarrison Posted September 18, 2010 Author Posted September 18, 2010 The steering wheel looks to be at the same angle as on a bus... Other than that, cool model. It has an aluminum column made to look like it's tilted up. I do this sometimes to take away from the shallowness of the early interior tubs.
BigEdsGarage Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Very cool build! Wheels, paint and stance all look great. The lenses do a lot for those kits. I have the 61 and 62 Buick wagon kits and have been looking for the Olds' to add to the collection.
gilsdropshop1 Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 WOW THIS IS ONE SICK WAGON, GREAT JOB ON PAINT WHEELS AND STANCE LOVE IT!
