Back in the early sixties Ford came out with a T-Bird that had three chrome stripes on the doors.

I've searched and can't find what year it was.

The wife wants me to build her one.

Any help?????

61 had 3 horizontal spears, one OVER the other in the rear of the quarterpanel. 62 had 3 horizontal grilles one IN FRONT of the other on the rear quarter. 63 had 3 sets of 4 louvers on the sides of the DOORS. Hope this helps.:DB);)

I can tell you who made a model of one as I have one in my stash. It's in 1/32 scale. The box is about 8"x11"x2" and was marketed by Revell. The outside of the box has a copyright mark followed by 1985 by Revell, Inc. Venice Ca-Molded by GUNZE SANGYO, Ind. Japan. It can be built as a hardtop or convertible and also has the hard cover that can be put over the rear seats. I purchased it from ebay about 7 or 8 years ago.
