Art Laski Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 Trae, Great job on this. I've got a Corvette project on the bench and you've given me some ideas. Can you tell me where the brakes are from? Thanks, Art

Can you tell me where the brakes are from? Thanks, Art Thanks! The brakes are from The Model Car Garage. For the rotors, I used 2 of part number 2015 (they come in pairs). And the calipers are part number 707. I machined hubs for the rotor-to-spindle/axle interface, and I also "thinned down" the calipers to elimate some interference with the wheels. Hope that helps!
Mike Kucaba Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 Very nice! Would you be willing to part with a couple of those vac form windshields?
Zoom Zoom Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 I really love what you are doing to this model; it's got a lot more character than the "plain white" original
cruz Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 This is awesome, you should be working at GM or something like that, phenomenal talent!!!
Trae Posted January 21, 2011 Author Posted January 21, 2011 Very nice! Would you be willing to part with a couple of those vac form windshields? Well, I'm planning on using just one, so I'm sure we could work something out.
