You know, the only language I can't read or understand is Greek. So I understand english and french, all the rest is Greek to me... :D

Robert its OK with you,

The Greek language is very nice but also very difficult and thats because of grammar.

I am speaking Greek as a mother tongue, english (I believe at a very good point) and I am about to start learning Swedish.

Here is my way to make piano hinges. I used brass angles and 0,8mm brass tubes:

Here is my jig to solder tubes & angles. Don't care about blue knob. It was made for rear springs scrach. Pieces of angle are holded in place by stepler pins:

Cooper wire (twisted revers side of the jig) is holding the tubes:

Thank you, friends!

Hey, Tony, I was thinking (scratching my head) about COE clach system and still can't figure out - how mechanic clach could work here? So I desided to make it pnevmatic.

Sergey

I don't think that it would be mechanical, and would more likely be air over hydraulic, I will do a bit of researching for you, I do have some old FR700 photo's to have a look through

Are you using vanish coated wire ?

Forgot to say - Yes Tony, all cooper wires are varnish coated.

Thank you, Mike!

I started using a similiar technique for the piano hinges only I used stainless wire to hold the tube in place while I soldered in place. I works much better than any finicky piano hinges from MCG.

Thank you guys. Very kind of you.

A little progress.

I decided to alter hand rails, steps and mirror arms because of seams they have:

Here is the jig to solder steps
