AMT's Dukes kit with 500 grille, 69 gtx chassis and Fred Cady decals. decals wrinkled and split on me a bit. Recall rims from 69 Cuda kit. Turned aliminum aircleaner, Model Car Garage.

I've built a few of these myself, and I've never been able to wring such a nice replica out of one. Nice job, Lee! I really dig the KH wheels.

It came out great! The 69 GTX chassis is a big improvement over the chassis that comes with the kit.

Finally someone built the Dukes kit correctly... LOL This is a really nice looking build, the rims really set it off... Great work...

Only problem is it looks like you followed the (incorrect) instructions from the chassis and mounted the horn on the firewall where the wiper motor would go

Thanks guys! I misplaced the wiper motor I had, and since the Chjarger doesnt have the beep beep horn from a road runner, I decided it looked better than nothing there at all, lol. The headers aer there, just hard to see with the huge rocker covers hemi's had.
