ian ashton Posted January 21, 2011 Author Posted January 21, 2011 Just so everyone knows, the trans in this (and the Lindberg kit) is a 904 Torqueflight. Chrysler never made a Slant 6 727 Torqueflight, although in Dodge trucks you could get a Slant with a 727, it was a small block bolt pattern with an adapter plate to mate with the Slant bolt pattern. Also Ian, if you need any reference pics of the Hyper Pack intake I have a Clifford repro and can provide pics and measurements. http://i942.photobucket.com/albums/ad261/slantasaurus_2/Duster/001-7.jpg Man, that manifold is huuuuuge. I'd love to cast them, but I don't have the skills it would take to master. I'm more than willing to trade castings for master-work, any takers???
young_model_builder Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Is this motor still available? Or does anybody have one they would be willing to sell?

I don't know if the poster ever did cast and offer the engine. His last post on this board was in 2015. The same engine is available in the Lindberg 1964 Dodge and Plymouth kits. There are several box versions, but the slant six isn't in the race car versions.
suprafastcelica Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 i believe the Deora show car has a slant 6 too. that is how i aquired one.
