ismaelg Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Click! My eyes hurt after more than 1 hour on each.... Thanks,
Scale-Master Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Very Nice. I like the "exploded" side best...
robertw Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Well done Ismael. Now let's get the dash in so we can see what the whole interior will look like. rob w
Peter Lombardo Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Very nice and clean. I have done a few of those photo etched belts and I can attest to the difficulty level. They are a bear, but nothing looks better when done right, and you did them VERY RIGHT. Nice job.
Zoom Zoom Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Nice work. I can attest to the amount of time it takes to get 'em to look this good. I have to do a similar setup on my AMT Astro 1 (Corvair) showcar, now that I'm armed w/ pics of the 1:1 from Amelia I'm ready to do a double-dawg-dare build of my original kit. The kit only has lap belts, but the real car has a full harness. While time-consuming, I really love making these racing harnesses in models-I'd do this all day long before doing another BMF job!
Jared Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 VERY nice! you need to show us how to do belts like that!
