Another great build, John. I had the pleasure of meeting you and seeing some of your models at the NNL West a couple of weeks ago. You take great pictures, but, seeing them in person is unbelievable. Great work. Steve Prideaux

You know what I like most about your builds John? the fact that the finishes are so realistic, that you gotta look twice to make sure it is indeed the model you're looking at . Awesome work as usual !;)

Nice job and looking good John!!

on a side note, seeing the bug made me want to as if you know if anyone made a 1960's bug and if not whats the best kit that would be the closest to it. thanks

I always look forward to checking out a Teresi build. I really like the finish on the engine. Looks like it has seen some serious action!

No big block Chevy? :P

Nice build John, always thought that the "Bug" was a strange but cool car, from what I always heard about the car was that it loved the guard rails, "kissing" them on about every run. I also have to agree with Casey, I was under the impression that the car was a BBC, I know at least the first one was, did Gunther switch to a hemi for the 2nd car?

Hi Richard.......thank`s for the comment........in this post I stated that I built this bug 3 years ago.....I just built it with parts box parts......he did run BBC`s.......back then I just built for fun.....now day`s I try to be more accurate.......this secound bug was another that he ran ......I tried to be a llittle more accurate using parts box parts again........to resemble a Chevy......but as you can tell it`s not that accurate.....but,it was the best I could do with what I had.......thank`s again,John

Would the group of engineers and artists that post as 'John Teresi' please cease and desist so that the rest of us schlubs won't feel so inadequate?

Seriously though, you are one BMF builder and I don't mean bare metal foil...
