here's the latest to come out of the fatkidd graffix studio.

its started out as an AMT snapfast plus kit.

I removed the side moldings, shaved the door handles and tailgate handle, removed the roof lights, separated the headlights from the grill, opened the grill, filled and smoothed front bumper, scratch built a bed insert, machined a set of "backing plates" for the wheels and painted tose body color with no clear, lowered it and added wheels from a diecast.

Paint is House of Kolor:

Cortez Blue Pearl over white primer

Orion Silver with Kandy Pink

Limetime Pearl

Tangelo Pearl

it is a curbside and was done as a "quickie".

Hope you enjoy and comments/critiques are always welcome.

(just my personal opinion)

It looks better live. Paul had it at the Gainesville show last weekend. He took it outside in the sun and that puppy really sparkles. Super paint, Fatkidd.

Paul's painting abilities have earned him a spot on my hate  list. Great work Fatkidd!

thanks for the comments folks.

Diymirage - i appreciate the honest remark. I would normally agree with you about the rather large wheels, but they fit this application rather well. at least i think so. and its odd, i was thinking about putting a bike in the back of mine.
