Pastor Plastic Posted April 20, 2011 Posted April 20, 2011 Why is my testors glue making really nice spiderweb style strings? I am new at all this model stuff and this is driving me nuts. HELP!!!!
Casey Posted April 20, 2011 Posted April 20, 2011 It's drying out. Toss it in the trash and pick up some Testors liquid cement in the glass bottle and/or some superglue.

Lunajammer Posted April 21, 2011 Posted April 21, 2011 Toss it in the trash and pick up some Testors liquid cement in the glass bottle and/or some superglue. No so fast. Glue getting old, yes. Liquid cement, yes. But I find liquid cement much too watery for my preference so I glob the old tube glue into it and mix. You can get a really nice viscous liquid cement that's thick enough to avoid running all over but still thin enough to wick into delicate areas.
