There was a Chevy High Roller kit from Monogram you could use as the start, or maybe the AMT '84 GMC (was the Fall Guy kit). But either would take a lot of scratchbuilding.

There are a couple of Topkick cabs in resin but all are newer than the one in your photo.

There was a 1/18 diecast that would work, if you don't mind a bigger scale, it came out a year or 2 ago but I don't remember who made it.

The cab found in the '84 GMC pickup kit could be the basis for a build up of the truck you desire.

The front end would require you to scratch build a grille and maybe re-shape the front fenders some. The Ford Louisville kit by AMT could yield the chassis to start this with.

It all just depends on how much scratch building and imagination you are willing to put forth. It is unfortunate that this section of trucks (Medium Duty) has been largely ignored by kit makers and resin casters.

Tim Sherman is reworking the master for that cab. He had a 4-door version on display at NNL East. You can contact Tim at PlasticCar@aol.com or it could br PlastiCar@aol.com.

I know he had a GMC version, he might have the chevy grille too.
