Thats all he was doing in a LFA ??? :P I think he could beat "reckless" in court.....Careless or stupid...nope

I'm wouldn't expect anything. several Drivers have had DUI's and NASCAR didn't do anything (Scott Wimmer, Michael Annett, Micheal Waltrip, and AJ Allmindinger just to name a few). NC reckless Driving laws aren't that hard on first time offenders. even those doing 83 mph over the limit

It's not that different, in Japan there are no Lexus' (Lexi ???). All the cars that are badged as Lexus here are just Toyota's in the home market. And the accelerator problem was on more than just the Prius. courts found that out that stupid drivers were causing the acceleration problems, Japan introduced Lexus not too long ago.

Nothing he is a feature driver. they will slap him on the wrist and tell him to keep the speed on the track. Now if it was Robby Gordon or any smaller time driver you would be looking a point fine or mandatory charity donation.

I'm not sure how seriously I would take them.

Dodge Intrepids were sold as Chryslers in Canada, and some Chevys were rebadged Pontiacs. Whatever it says on the title... As far as the accelerator thing, I just chalk that up to the stupidity of the average motorist. I mean, have you interacted with THOSE people???? How seriously do you take NASA ??? Well, they did a bang-up job on faking the moon landing, according to my scary neighbor Fred. And who is this Kyle Bush guy? Is he related to George?
