Agent G Posted June 24, 2011 Share Posted June 24, 2011 Quite frankly when "the boys" were in charge things were vastly different. Oh make no mistake about it, it was a tough industry, but..... Customer service was 1000% better. You worked hard "they" took care of you. Good Dealers had the respect of the owners. Money, the boys wanted it, and realized the best way was to get it from gamblers. So, absolutely straight games, NO hanky panky, not ever a rumor of cheating. Straight casinos mean a good reputation, more tourists and money! Oh and DO NOT get caught cheating, EVER, it'll hurt, badly, for a long long time. This was a small town for decades. Everyone knew everyone else. NO one locked their doors. Like Buggsy said once, we only kill each other....... This was a great place once.
