Kmidd65 Posted June 25, 2011 Posted June 25, 2011 This was my second completion upon my return to the hobby. Again, this was built out of the box using Slixx decals. I used the old cheapo WalMart "ColorPlace" Gloss black and clear straight from the can. The interior was sprayed with Krylon Pewter Gray. This was a fun build but that particular kit has a real stance problem...

I feel I got lucky on the paint given that I was shooting (cheap) enamel straight out of the cans on that one. I really appreciate all of the feedback everybody! Actually, I finished clear-coating another all black Nascar build last evening. I will post it up here as soon as I get it polished out, decaled and final assembled. It is the old #31 Team Ireland Lumina driven by Bobby Hillin. Do not see that one built up too often.
