Hi,

Here´s some pics. before I put every thing away for a while. i have invest in a house, so now it´s time to move from this apartment...happy happy joy joy!!

My resin CBD-injector got some nice Scale Motorsport carbon fiber decals. I will coat it later with some layers of clear.

When I did a mockup with chassis/body I was not satisfied...the cage top didn´t match the roofline inside...ouch!

time to get back to the drawingboard....and make a new chassis.

Yeah Rickard congratulations on your house.

The scoop looks great. My stupid question of the day - would it have been easier to repair the top of the cage instead of building a new chassis? I've never done one from scratch so my inexperience is evident.

Dave, I could have done that, but there was more than one problem. The pe 4-link plates didn´t fit at all and the space inside was to narrow for the seat.

Fixing these issues will probably take more time and will for sure affect the final result..so I decided to build a new chassis. ;)

where did you get those pullies and what are you using for that belt...looks amazing man cant wait to see more and good luck on the house

The pullies was custom made for me and I used them as a master for casting.

Here is a pic of the resin product.

The belt are made from 5 layers of thin ImagePerfect vinyl. The belt is just an experiment...so time will show if it works..

It´s alive!!

After some accurate measurement I decided to build a jig for the new chassie. I think thats the right way for the best result.
