Wayne you have posted some nice builds of Daryls. Any chance that you may have pictures of the chassis's without the body on these Super Gas Roadster's. I am asking because I am planning on doing a super gas roadster build one of these days and have only been able to find minimal chassis pics when I had searched the internet so far. Thanks

Chris, I'm not going to be able to help you out with that one as all of these builds are curbsides and have no chassis detail to speak of. I do understand your dilemna as I too have a full detail build of a Super Gas Roadster planned for the future and chassis pictures are very hard to come by. My thought, when I get to that project, would be to either attend an event and try to get some up close shots of one or at least try to contact one of the more well known race teams and see if they could email some detailed shots of their chassis.

Hey Wayne..... No worries, I totally understand. Thought I would ask. I am going to the Arizona Nationals next month and will be going both Saturday for qualifying and Sunday for Eliminations. So I will try to see what I can find there. I may also try contacting a more well known race team like you said and see if they could send some detailed shots. Thanks for that suggestion, I appreciate it.

Ok... I just finished scrolling through 20 pages of insanity and madness and have one thing to say to all of you... "I am in the presence of GREATNESS!!!"

Here are two more contributions to the cause...

I built this one last spring. Paint is Testors One-Shot and the lightning decals are from the newest Revell W900 kit.

This one was built about twelve years ago, back when I was just discovering engine wiring...

The engine is a supercharged 409 sporting four sidedraft Weber carbs... I do like oddball induction systems...

Just about my only finished drag racer worthy of posting...

Yeah, I know the front bumper is missing. I need to get some paint and finish it.

I'd like to pull the engine out and detail it more. I'm just afraid of tearing everything else up...

I've been away from the hobby for a few years but this thread has helped get me juiced to resume building. Some fantastic models on this thread! Here are a couple of my builds from a while back. Hope they show up.

Wow Ken! Super clean builds! That JJ car is really sweet. The Fiat is also way mean looking.

I knew this was a great thread and now it's even pulling former drag modelers back into the hobby. Love it!! Those are a couple of really nice builds Ken. Glad you shared with us and welcome back.

Love that Fiat Fever.

Thank you for all the kind comments. I've got a few more I'd like to post but I was wondering if anyone could advise me on a better way to post photos? Thanks in advance, Ken.
